On the road to 10,000!

Updated: May 7, 2020

3000 Shields Donated!! We have accomplished another amazing milestone this week! With your donations, my family and I are proud to have produced and donated face shields and ear savers to our front line workers!

What we know about the pandemic: ▪️According to the World Health Organization, this pandemic is “far from over.” ▪️Cases have hit over 1 million in the United States. ▪️The City of Los Angeles has already started preparing for the second wave of COVID cases.

We are running out of material to build these essential PPE for our frontline workers. With experts saying that this pandemic is “far from over,” I now feel that we must increase our fundraising efforts in order to continue to protect those who keep us safe! After endless hours of prototyping settings, our production is now scalable to produce more shields! With the additional funds we: ☑️Set a goal to produce over 10,000 shields! ☑️Acquire material to reach our goal and protect our front line workers ☑️Cover costs of production We need your continued support! Please help us help our front liners by: ❤️ Donating, every little bit counts! ❤️ Sharing our page and spreading the word😍 ❤️ Staying home and practicing physical distancing Accomplishments of this week: Now making Ear Savers! By popular demand, I was able to tune my printer to print large batches of these and will be giving some out along with our shields. Testing “Shields for Babies” Prototype. As requested by a Labor and Delivery department, newborns cannot wear a facemask and this shield would protect them from exposure to COVID19 while in the hospital. This is the power of 3D printing! Last but not least - 3000+ Shields donated! Thank you all once more for your support! We couldn’t do this without YOU! YOU are essential to helping our essential workers! 🌐MSNBC Coronavirus Pandemic - Far from Over Published April 28, 2020 https://bit.ly/2Yn7Ycv 🌐WHO Coronavirus 2019: Situation Report 101 Published April 30 2020 https://bit.ly/3d17Ao3 🌐KTLA LA County: 2nd wave of virus expected https://bit.ly/2yVc9l0
